Apoorva’s practice encompasses a broad range of corporate immigration matters. She also has substantive civil litigation experience. She completed her master of laws (LL.M.) from the New York University School of Law and is admitted to the New York State Bar since 2003.

Govind, with his over 10 years of extensive experience in a wide variety of immigration matters leads the firm’s immigration practice. He completed his master of laws (LL.M.) from Tulane University School of Law. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

He provides his clients with strategic counseling on all matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law, regulations, policy and compliance. He works closely with General Counsels and human resources teams to successfully develop, streamline and implement immigration & employment strategies and compliance policies affecting a global and professional workforce.
